Data Usage For Mobile Broadband

Does anyone know of any data usage programs that I could download that are accessible with JAWS? I use Orange mobile broadband and it doesn't say how much data I've used, but I was told by them that I could download a data usage monitor or something, but wasn't sure if there were any accessible ones.
